Savor the Simple Things

“Whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just,
whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report,
if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy meditate on these things.”
Philippians 4:8

As we know good physical health is very important. We need to exercise, eat healthy, be outdoors, get fresh air and sunlight. Spiritually it is also important to read and meditate on God’s word. This is one amazing Bible verse that can help remind us to do these things. Some people are good at memorizing Scripture verses and it is so wonderful to do. Take time to smell the flowers even in your most busy days…
Ponder good thoughts in your heart and mind towards yourself and other people, show kindness to others both at home and in your social circles.
Be thankful for the things God has blessed you with both small and big. Know in your heart God loves you and is always with you.
